I thoroughly enjoyed reading the last 100 posts and would like to make one observation or comment. Lawyers and lawsuits are a fact of life, unfortunately. No matter what takes place, a negative inference can be made. these suits come and go and the shareholders suffer. However, they do not suffer that much, in most cases. Good do some checking up on DELL and see the lawsuits filed against it. I was involved in one almost 5-6 years ago on the same grounds as this CYMI suit. It was brought against Michael Dell and a few others. The price was in the 20s-30s back then and it was 4 or 5 splits ago. I still have those shares and got a pathetic settlement out of the "no contect" suit. I made a bucket load more money holding the stock and buying at its low than on the settlement. The suit is a nuisance that will detract from the company moving forward, and provide extra $$$ to the lawyers and the short sellers involved. The beat thing to do is to drive the price up to $45 and make fools out of all of them<GGG>. I think that if the stock regains it share value for only a minute, there is no basis for any suits. The market has buyers and sellers and manipulators. Do not blame CYMI for being a chicken and bailing out too soon. So, as I said before, run this stock up to $45, request the suit to be dismissed as being groundless, and make all the naysayers look like idiots for not having faith<GGGG>. We all save a great deal of time, effort and make some money too.<GGG> It was either this or watch the Jerry Lewis telethon. Andrew
