Knight im confused if you would be so kind to help me out.

Naxos wants to purchase new mines and make them cash cows(to bad they are not cash horses so they could through a few horses over board to get the ship going) so they can fund the FL research. How will they do this if they bifurcation the company? How will the research get funded?
