Here's my sense ... the markets have sufficiently sold off that a technical rally should ensue, fueled by liquidity waiting on the sidelines. I'd expect the rally to have some strength so that continued distribution can occur from higher levels. I just don't see the mutual funds closing the 3rQ with most of their allocations to cash or bonds ...
