That's correct. The vote has to pass of course, but by what margin I'm not sure, simple majority or 2/3.

PS - As of Sat. night, I'm now an uncle 30 times over. Middle sister's sixth. Ran into US Congresswoman Linda Smith and her husband Vern in the hospital foyer. She was going in for tests (dressed to the nines). She recognized me, but only because my parents have worked on her campaigns for several years.

I saw an interesting talking head show on this subject the other day. According to the "Constitutional scholar", the Congress has no Constitutional authority to censure the President. They can censure their own members because they set their own rules for running the Congress. Apparently, that was why the censure of AJ was revoked.
