The government should investigate Oracle, Netscape, Sun, General Mills, Ford, Exxon and etc. Why not, even ToySoldier admits that they are breaking the law, its just that they are not in the 1%. A great many of the laws on the books are not functional any long. How about the copyright laws? To record an over the air broadcast was never covered because it didn't exist when the law was created. What about off shore gambling. The government has no idea how to handle this. There are so many laws that are on the books and are not doing the job that many of them need to be rewritten. If you don't believe that then you are just naive. Thank You JK

Your mind seemed to be set, it is stubborn, stupid and foolish. I am sorry to be that way, i.e personal attack, but you started it. Here , we are not talking about murder case, or other criminal case, but monopoly. If your theory is correct, that all the laws are good , and reasonable and can fit well in our modern society, then we do not need any legislators. Talking about monopoly, you first have to define what it means, what cause it , and why it happened. It is a topic much complex than you can imagine , especially with a simple mind. The world is not just black or white, it is not a straight line at all. If anything offend you in my post, I am sorry to say that you started it first. If you want people to respect you, you have to respect people first. Well, you do not think it is a two channel way.
