frank, great to hear from you,and enjoy the football season...Didn't go short,but have moved the bulk of my investments to Canada,betting on a slipping US dollar and recovering commodities...enjoy the game...DD

Hi Frank, good to hear from you,

Sorry to say I did not short anything. My kids custodial accounts do not permit it. My few long positions got creamed ahead of the general market. I guess I'm just a trend setter. My 401K was 90% - 95% cash before things got really ugly.

Might be a strong rally this week, but IMO, as earnings season and end-of-year approaches, it will be shorters paradise. CIEN took a while but it finally took a dive.
