As I wrote in my first article, the best information I can gather indicates that the Access America in question is located in Havertown, Pa. and operates out of a small ad agency Nuss-Wharton. I would like to have had more details, but the owner of Access America, Elvin Feltner of NYC never returned any of my phone calls.
