I wondered where you had gone! We've heard Destin is really great-a lot of people from Dallas go there. I don't think I can do this justice but our best friends from law school had twins when we had CW and we all went to the Outer Banks, NC., together when the kids were about 18 months. The three babies were crowd-stoppingly gorgeous---curly haired, pink-cheeked, energetic and friendly. Their favorite activity, though, was strange. After baths every night in their diapers, they would run around the coffee table in the living room making this noise-uhuhuhuh-UH (pause) uhuhuhuhUH (pause), all of them in unison, around and around. They took this very seriously and if someone fell down and upset the rhythm, it meant tears all around. They would continue until we stopped them for story time. We wondered what kind of strange ritualistic baby thing it was. They all seem ok, sixteen years later.
