Down again this morning! Their new commercial should be..."I just got outta Ameritrade for 8 dollars. It took me 90 minutes and 6 phone calls, but it was worth it. That company really sucks and I didn't want my money invested in them anymore!"

I have sat here and listened to everyone bitch about Ameritrade and wondered what you were all so mad about. Well, I now know. Not only did my inability to log on to their system cost me thousands of dollars, I also just received my confirmations and noticed they had the audacity to charge me $18 a trade since I put in my order with one of their brokers. They told me even though the web site was down I could have put me trade through their touchtone system. I also hate their new security feature which logs you off automatically after 15 minutes. By the way I am typing this while on hold to liquidate my positions with Ameritrade so that I can transfer my cash balance easily to another firm. I apologize to all of you for not taking your bitching more serious. Goodbye Ameritrade!!!!!! BRA
