That sound you hear is my hand slapping an already flat forehead!

I'm used to more sophisitcated BASIC interpreters that scale that stuff on the fly. (I've never written in C.) In fact, I've worked with interpreters which allow decimals in integer variables! FLOAT just gave more accurate results.

You'd think, especially in QP which deals with stock prices, the division would be performed with greatest accuracy (internally) THEN translated into an appropriate variable form (Integer or Float) based upon the results. Oh well, just my lazy mind at work....
