Based on the thread and the stock structure, I personally would not buy this at all unless it goes well below $0.3 and then I would be very concerned about further dilution or a RS.

I am not clear on the technology yet, it is either a variation on flip chip or a new type of ink. Let me poke around a little before I comment.

All that insider buying and increased trading volume

Picked up a bit at 0.125

Too early I guess, now at 0.11
