NOWAY - Doug...anything is possible..it is just the Pre Cycle thing on the Drough and the Peak or something here...that simple..hell...even Rand sounds like he is ready to Buy Back Maxam Shares! Over there...
Chucanoyatheorists-thisWAY. <<..We all know Maxam is not a scam, but gee, the
stock price is near IPM's and falling. Looks like might be, no?
So here is the "what if" I said I would do.
What if Dale Runyon WAS to pledge his million ipmcf, but in the dark
of the raining night, from the gloomy clouds dropped this silence and
black as indian ink, hellocopper, and off it these men in black suits
told Dale Runyon of Maxam, "...we will IPM your company, but hold off
on its total collapse, and just let it hang by a thread. Now just so
you don't pledge you ipmcf shares, then when IPM bites the desert dust,
then we will take away the IPM'ing type stuff and let Maxam recover."
So, I need the answers to 1 and 2 above.
Especially to 1 for the Maxam connection...>>
Q.E.D.- Nahhh. Just down turn prior to production PROOFS! Look around, hell they found 0.22 ish PT in Minniesota as posted on GPGI recently...( I think it was Mickey Mouse who looked when in heat)...Build it and they will LOOK for it...in unusual places!

Doug,
On question no. 1 - As far as I know Dale personally owns no IPM however, Phoenix Corporation another of the Corporations he is connected with owns 4 million shares.
Question no. 2- IPM officers own about 1.5 million shares.

On the dark forces, I have been privy to some information that i am not at liberty to reveal at this time that will prove the real reason IPM is in trouble, this information I am sure will be brought to the attention of all share holders shortly.

Also we have just picked up an influential person to help in the gathering of shares and we should be over the 10 % of shares soon however we do not at this time if 10 % is enough .

I am sorry to not be able to say more but I gave my word not to.

Paunch

Doug,

I will not discuss who has or has not pledged their cooperation in regards to the pledging of shares as I now feel that would compromise any previously conceived notions of privacy either directly stated or implied.

The 10% vote pledge that we were trying to establish is no longer an option at this point as we feel it may force a chapter 7 bankruptcy filing. Things are continueing to be done by others that have taken up the gauntlet and any action they may take I am sure will be in the best interest of all IPM share holders. I am still playing phone tag for the share holders list to send off to Paunch and Rob but I strongly suspect that the name Dale Runyon does NOT directly control any voting rights to any of those shares and previous discussion on that subject was in error.
