To limtex: The key point is that this is a "test". As has been explained at length before, a test is a test is a test. Ain't a legal violation of the Q's IPR's. If however, NTT DoCoMo makes the mistake of trying to actually put the W CDMA it is "testing" into commercial use, then the Q can act. Note that so far all W CDMA news is about "tests" and the crunch of use is expected in 2002. Lot's of attempts to pressure the Q - not to be taken seriously - at least not yet. If crunch time comes, as it may or may not, that is the time of trial - not of the Q but those who are using the Q's Intellectual Property. Chaz
