Christopher. Most of your quesitons cannot be aswered no matter how many times you ask them. You want a blueprint of the company now and in the future with references to competition, etc. In other words, you want absolutely no risk. these questions you pose could not be answered by most companies at this stage. I suggest you move on to blue chips. And even then, you won't get the crystal ball you are looking for.

Heyy Topher, I understand your eagerness to get the ball rolling, while you are chomping at the bit I am chomping on a piece of grass very content. All of what you ask for we shall have sooner then later, I have tried to be as objective as possible and have taken some heat for not being more enthusiastic, which I am but felt it proper to get out as much info as possible without clouding the facts. As far as your issues a number of them have been spoken about in numerous posts by many, yes the bash/hype can be frustrating ahhh such is life I don't read every page in the Newspaper either no big deal brodda (a hawaiian saying).
