Excellent detailed analysis and summary. Thanks for sharing your hard and valuable work!

I expect after enough people (and some who have poorly disguised themselves as people) who follow this thread have returned from the holiday and had a chance to read and digest your octal-post, there'll be some lively discussion. Meanwhile, here's hoping your conclusion is fully supported by more revelations from DGIV this week. We've waited long enough, and it appears international markets have rebounded today as if to say, let the show begin!

Gigantic thanks for today's significant contribution!

Lazarus, thank you, for your evaluation and thoughts. I don't recall
such a methodical and concise work being done here for some time. At this juncture in Digitcom's developement, it may prove quite helpful for some sitting on the fence.

It is my feeling that more eyes are on DGIV, than many could possibly suspect and when the 10SB is filed, those "eyes" may possibly take an
active part in pushing DGIV forward in developement and price.

All whom have remained on board during this ardous journey deserve a
big {{{{HUG}}}} for all their support both publically and privately.

We are all looking forward to learning more about DGIV, via it's filing of the 10SB and any information they can provide along the way.

Again, Laz, Thanks,

byron

BRAVO, LL! Excellent work (8 posts which clearly delineated various ramifications of holding DGIV)

in the short term, the major uncertainty involves the official filing of the financials/sb10. We know from the company 's announcement that this will be done in the next two weeks (prior to the expo in NY on sept.23). Once this is done, the major risk of holding this company will have been removed.

with the major risk removed (a matter of WHEN , not IF, since we know it will be in the next two weeks!), I see major reward for DGIV shareholders. As time goes on, we learn more about various business alliances/contracts made by the company, making the company's fundamentals better and better. The company will be more undervalued with each announced contract/alliance, and it is only a matter of time before new investors (both individual as well as institutional types) see that it is an undervalued gem, particularly in comparison to the overall market.

Looking forward to a DGIV day tomorrow!!!!

Great analysis, Laz! IMHO, this is the only way to analyze a company such as Digitcom that is non-reporting and is establishing a position in an emerging technology and an emerging market. It would not have mattered to me whether your own analysis led to a "buy," "hold," or "sell" decision, since this is a personal decision, but your analysis is very thorough. We should all go through this thinking process on our own, although I think my own process would pretty much mimic yours.

The problem with other "analyses" we have seen here is that they approach Digitcom as if it were IBM, and totally ignore the fact that we are investing in a ground floor opportunity, with high risk, but potentially major gains.

In a matter of days/weeks we should see an SB10 and a more traditional analysis can/will be done, albeit still based on future rather than current earnings. That is when all of this waiting around, all the DD, all the hours spent digging things out and responding to baseless attacks will pay off.

Laz, Thank you for sharing this great analysis of DGIV. I believe much of this is what many have been thinking, but to see it in a formal, organized analysis is just the thing to make us sleep better tonight.

Here's to a great DGIV week. I really believe (IMHO) that tomorrow will bring big smiles to DGIVAHOLICS. I will be here early tomorrow with a hot cup of coffee to check things out. See everyone then.

Thank you again, Laz.

Sonya

Lazarus.....Really Nice Job & Very Much Appreciated!!!!!!!!!!

Besides being a funny guy (I enjoy many of your humorus posts) this evaluation of DGIV was very through. Like others have stated, we all appreciated the work you put in to put this evaluation on SI. It summarizes, in a very concise manner, all the pertinent reasons that one should consider at this date whether they are thinking of buying, holding or selling DGIV. I just copied this for a buddy at work who is still going through the same question maks that many of us had last week.

I was at the same point you were at last week and with some hand holding by a lot of you on this thread, I was able to stay with my investment decision on holding DGIV vs. selling on emotion when it went below $1.50. I just want to say thanks to a lot of you of this thread who helped me through a very difficult investing period.
