Hi Russ: I'm not a gold bug. I have one direct investment in a gold company which is like it's locked in the safety deposit box because I never look at it. However, gold will fluctuate (which is my takeoff on J.P. Morgan's famous quote (no relation). Maybe with some major crisis one can buy, trade and sell and make a bunch; but with Greenspan's hint that rates might be negotiable downwards I would think the stock market would enjoy a small recovery this week - especially some beat up industries besides gold of which there are many. Don't take my word for it, however. I've told people before that the fish weren't biting and they went in with a big worm on a hook and bingo. Angler
