Hey all,

Anyone concerned about Tuesday after the upswing in the foreign markets? Most my shorts are heading down and will end up in singles, so I'll just wait it out.

When a suit is filed it is no longer a bluff! It requires a response and that costs the defendant's money. Attorneys will not file frivolous suits; and in most states they can be held financially accountable if the plaintiff loses and a defendant's counter-suit claiming a frivolous suit is upheld.

Once a suit is filed, it is no longer a scare tactic and it will absolutely be followed up. The plaintiff will go all the way!
