Well thats pretty much the simplified version of the game plan. See the idea is if you hold CVIA and as we take EACH company public we issue that stock as a dividend to our share holders, Its a win win situation It helps our shareholders build a diverse portfolio, for basically free,,, (but the IRS will take their cut from you) and it helps the IPO company because they have a built in investor \ shareholder base.... CVIA the holding company and CVIA shareholders <g> KAA
