IN ARGUING for the review, Kendall pleaded to
Starr's sense of fairness, according to the letter to the
independent counsel obtained by NBC News.
"You've had unlimited resources at your command and
no practical restriction on your power to investigate every
aspect of the president's life for the past four-and-a-half
years," wrote Kendall. "Elemental fairness dictates that we
be allowed to respond to any report you send to the House
simultaneously with its transmission."

What chutzpah! They used every dirty trick and then some in their unprecedented defamation and obstruction campaign against Starr and now they want Starr to allow them time to prepare more of the same in the interest of "essential fairness"! Let's hope Kendall is disbarred along with Bill and Hillary.

One key document in the growing DeLay library - a
1974 report by the House Judiciary Committee staff on the
constitutional grounds for impeachment - was worked on
by Hillary Rodham, now the first lady.
DeLay's aides have condensed findings from that 1974
report, among them the view that impeachment does not
require criminal conduct but rather is a tool used to punish
public officials' violation of public trust.

Karma.

As a sign the crisis is growing, Democratic leaders are
beginning to discuss the possibility that Clinton should resign
if the Starr report to Congress threatens the party agenda
and its fall campaigns.

At long last, the Dems find the ultimate crime and an impeachable offense! What a bunch of louses.

It looks like the women got promotions. What's wrong with that? It's just his way of keeping the feminist vote. Anyhow, sex is a private matter.

A lot of people use cocaine. He said he didn't inhale, he never said he did not snort. Give the guy a break.

Strong arm tactics? Well it does not look like he did it himself..besides if they had kept their mouths shut they would have been left alone. OK, they may have gone a little to far but everyone makes mistakes..leave him alone, the economy is good and he is doing a good job running the country.
