Michael.... I certainly hope that any announcement would be positive, but then what do I know!? There is a lot of talk around on the boards about CPQ buying Cabletron(CS)and if they did, I wouldn't be surprised, as EP and EM said, shortly after the DEC deal, that further acquisitions were "not out of the question." I'm sure that would drag us down again. El

As a matter of fact, I may buy 1000 shares of CS just in case. The stock is at a 6 year low and the book value is nearly as high as the share price. El
