I agree Jeff. What we are talking about here is a company. These dietary supplements are not approved for general use as a food additive. Getting some medical professor to get a hardon over its potential uses is still quite a few quarters away from overcoming the regulatory hurdles, even if they had the resources to do so.

The real problems for this company are in the here and now. Available cash and revenue are in desperately short supply according to the statements to date. They have no real distribution of their products. And they have really screwed the pooch as far as developing alternative revenue through the private placement of their securities. I mean with M. Sylver's apparent history of not paying bills, who's going to deal with them. (The amusing thing here is that the paid hypesters, if there are any, are probably wondering if they will ever get paid as well. Hope you got paid up front boys.)

So some professor at Northwestern Medical College, or some poster children for pediatric diabetes, are of no particular relevance at this point. I think meeting their payroll and paying their judgements may be of more immediate relevance.
