Something To Consider... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dom: I agree that this is a rally within the context of a BEAR market... While Abbey Joseph Cohen of Goldman Sachs maintains her Dow 9300 targets, the Chief Economist of Goldman Sachs has lowered next years GDP est to 2.3%, down from 2.8%... That's almost an 18% drop... Looks like the right hand is not in sync with the left... : > Also... What could turn out to be very big news is The Gov't in Hong Kong has EXEMPTED itself from Securities Fraud laws... This is bad news for those investors who want a fairly regulated trading environment... I wonder what one does when they exempt themselves from prevailing Fraud Laws... And... How many other Emerging Markets might follow suit... Watch out... As Alan Greenspan said, "The U.S. is not an oasis"... Jim
