It sounds to me like you're a patient fellow. That fund you're following must have given you a bungee jumping ride, but if you've ever done that, you'll recall there's a big bounce at the bottom. I chickened out near the top and just lost my beanie.

If those 10 stocks begin to show movement upwards confirmed by the fund price (a turnaround), then you may have found that bottom. Some of the major oil companies are going to have to look better first and they seem ready to bounce a bit also maybe just from the first bite of Winter. It would be best to average in, however, a week at a time.
