Can you give less than five examples which you "THINK" MicroSoft was against the law. Let's debate it on this thread, and stop your personal attacks and name callings.

Mr. ToySoldier,

Mr. ToySoldier you are a idiot!

<< People like Krnjeu and others that gripe about MSFT being taken to court is not fair, are pathetic in their excuses.>>

Wrong, when did I every say that taking Microsoft to court is not fair? There are many companies that should be brought to court besides Microsoft.

<<MSFT stockholders like Krnjeu would be the first to bitch and complain if a MSFT competitor with another industry monopoly were to violate anti-trust laws to crush MSFT in a specific product.>>

Wrong again!. Show me when I have every complained about any competitor company competing against a company who's stock I owned.

<<Krnjeu wants laws modified to suit his stock position - LOL! What a joke!>>

Wrong again and again. Show me when I have every said I want the laws change to suit my stock position! I would like to be able to do it except I not as stupid as you to think that I could.

<<PS Krnjeu - it wasnt me that quoted 99% of companies break the law. It was you that stated that concept silly concept. I used his argument and yours against yourselves. I dont believe that 99% of companies and their officials knowingly break laws.>>

Wrong again and again and again! You didn't use anything against me. I just said what I knew. You chose not to believe and that's fine with me. Also, show me where I said "99% of companies and their officials knowingly break laws.>>". Again you are clueless.

<<And Charles is right - if you know of any company that breaks laws like price-fixing and anti-trust regulations then report them! If your a MSFT employee (like so many on this board defending their company) then forget about it - its too late! LOL>>

This just shows you how little you know about business and myself. Everyday employees are reporting on their companies and the vast majority of the time nothing happens except the employee get fired.

I want to present a true picture not the one you and cheryl williams are painting. Listening to you and her I would think you are taking about a communist Russian company.

Are you mad because Mr. Bill Gates made something that is benefiting humanity and you haven't? Get a grip on reality, you are what you are and be happy with that.

Thank you

JK

Mr. ToySoldier,

I want to apologize for calling you an idiot. That was unprofessional and not the way I was brought up. I'm sorry that I let you get to me and I responded on the level of a personal attack.

I'm sorry but I take personal offense when someone tries to tell me what I think. I hope you can understand my motive but I freely admit my method was wrong.

Again, I'm sorry and hope you can accept my apologize.

Thank you

JK
