Well said Jay. I may only add that hopefully IMF will stop wasting taxpayers' money in Russia. After all, 4.8Bl ended up in Oligarchs bank accounts somewhere... through Moscow interbank exchange. Also, bring on those "Star War" missile intercepting technologies!

The majority of Russians are terribly impoverished by this 'free market' model which is closer to rule by thieves than democracy.

The fact that this is the crudest parody of a free market won't keep the lefties from crowing about this as a "failure" of free markets in Russia.
