Cavalry..

Looks interesting. However, I have never questioned trademarks although others may have.

I might suggest that you might want to discover exactly what products that AZNT are importing and that may eliminate any doubt about whether or not T.O.N. is indeed repackaged stevia or an uniquely different natural sweetener.

You may be able to discuss the availabiility of consignee records, cargo manifests, and bonding agents with a local US Customs official. I believe those records are publicly available. Custom's operates the Automated Commercial System which can readily select a cargo history based upon exporter and importer and the products claiming to have been imported.

If you can identify that Stevia is not the product being imported, or that another substance is arriving in requisite quantities to reflect bulk sales of product, then you could certainly feel more secure.

Cavalry, I certainly don't like to see this discussion get personal, although that obviously is difficult for some to do. The best way to make your case is not to become emotional. Simply answering each point/counter-point will assist your argument.

And what you do with your money is certainly your business.
While I'm not convinced of the worth of this company yet, given the uncertainties involved, it is your money to invest. And you know the risks involved, I'm sure.

Good luck!!

Regards,

Ron

So much for AZNT owning no trademarks!

As I wrote in my earlier post to Icabod (#reply-5690017 ), you're almost right. However, at this point in time, AZNT does not own any of these four trademarks/servicemarks. They have submitted the paperwork asking the trademark office to register them in AZNT's name. Whether they are registered or not remains to be seen. For now, the applications are pending. That the applications are still pending can be confirmed in two ways.

1. In each of the summaries you posted, the word 'applicant' appears parenthetically before AZNT's name. If it were currently registered, the parenthetical phrase would be 'registrant'

2. Alternatively, one can go to the page trademarks.uspto.gov
search in two ways for any of the given names:

First, by clicking the 'pending' radio button and searching for the desired name. Second by clicking the 'registered' radio button and searching for the same name. The first search will give the AZNT page you posted, the second will not.
