Thank you so much for your analysis of the situation with the CAYN buy-out. I have made up my mind now. I'll definitely vote "no" if I am given a chance to do so.

Thanks again for your time. It is really very nice of you to post these information for us unfortunate shareholders of this stock. I think you are right that I did not sell all along because I was unwilling to part with CAYN at such low level. So, it will be unreasonable for me to accept this ridiculous deal as a way out.

Maybe someone can help me. I agree that we should vote no!!!no!!!NO!!!NO!!!. Unfortunately I am stationed overseas and by the time I get the paperwork to vote, it will be over with. Is there anything I can do to get my vote in ahead of time? Any help you can give me would greatly appreciated.

IMHO: CANYON SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!!!!
