Dave this is the simplified version... when you cut into the details it gets even better for these small companies, in fact its such a good deal for them its almost like they have gone public for almost no costs!!! The only thing that may make on of these companies decide not to use CVIA is... we are writing in a bunch of protection clauses to protect the CVIA and the share holders investment against typical OTC type shenanigans. Its all common sense, but if a company refuses to abide by these protective clauses... we dont need them anyhow, its their loss and not ours. I cant tell you how this works because if I publicly posted the formula everyone would start doing it, and suddenly CVIA wouldnt be all that unique, its no point in us generating our own competition <VBG> KAA
