What is this, the "it's complicated, so leave Microsoft alone" defense? Or is it the "the government is attacking Microsoft so let's have a revolution" defense?

If it's that complicated, and that important, I would think Microsoft would WANT to be in court in order to achieve vindication of its practices and clarification of the law for the future. Somehow I don't think they do, though. In fact, they're probably arguing for all they're worth that it's really quite simple.

JMHO.
