Love does not exist. A proof. Love is an irrational state id est a state that cannot be explained. One cannot in an irrational state be rational. One cannot make a rational judgement about another's feelings with any certainty. It is necessary to know one is in a state to be able to say one is in that state. If one cannot say one is in a state with any certainty then no other person is qualified to say that either as it is a self realized state and is not with evidence from without. So since one cannot say unimpeachably another is in love as he does not know that, and one in love cannot say he is as although he might be. If he is, then he is in irrational judgement of a thing; thus incorrect and untrustable if he should aver or deny it if he is, and incorrect if he should aver it, if he isn't. So you cannot know it and neither can he. He cannot believe himself if irrational and probably doesn't as a consequence of the irrationality. If he should believe himself to be in love and be in love then he would be rational but he cannot be that as he is in love. It follows that one cannot ever know another is in that state nor can anyone else so it follows that the state of love is without possible corroboration and therefore cannot exist in fact. In the case where he says he is and may hypothetically supposed to be, he is not capable of knowing that, as he is irrational and does not know whether he is or is not. If one cannot know the state then it is not possible to enjoy it in any self knowledge of it and in the doubting of it in rational terms destroys it because to be in love one must perforce believe it too as if you don't you aren't. If ones doubts it and it is said that even in doubt it still may exist how would anyone else know? If it is said that in doubt the doubt is irrational because the person is in love then you presume to know another's state. So the presumed state must exist where the lover must doubt love to be presumed to be in love. If he said he was in love, the irrational factor would presume a lie. But if one doubts one state of love then love is denied. To deny love and be in love are contradictory so the state cannot exist. But go ahead and fall in love. If you believe the above you are irrational enough to even believe you are in love even when you are. EC<:-}
