Michael,

First of all, FYI, I am LONG 18,000+ shares of this stock. Most of it was bought over two years ago in the 1.50 to 4.00 range. Recently, I bought more to "average down" in the hope that Dennis' stated purpose (to have the stock trade over $1 and to get it listed on the small caps) was sincere.

I am going to talk to you as though you are a sincere, long shareholder as are so many who post on this thread, not as though you are a shill for HJM.

First, "I suppose you are saying that CAMNET'S (sic) demise was structured by a brokerage firm to screw it's own clients?" No, I didn't say that, but I don't think they gave a sh**, whoops, a hoot, as long as they made money.

Second, I see no reference where Becker was involved with either of the two new companies to be "acquired". So, I don't believe that I even implied that he was "working out of his garage".

Third, "if you had read this thread...". I have read this thread from the very first post and I have seen the heartbreak and the longing in each one who posts.

Fourth, I don't believe that "calling the company" constitutes real DD. I can't tell you how many times I called Al Lang in both Vancouver and Chicago and he only recited "the party line" until the very end. Real DD involves finding out what is really going on. For example, did you know Sinclair's background until I informed you? BTW, he was a stock analyst for HJM's Chicago office prior to his latest assignment, but I guess you knew that from your DD of calling the company. I think if that if you call them and ask for him, you will be told "he's not in ". That's what I was told. Of course, my DD did not stop with what I was told by the company.

This is now too long a post to keep any one's attention. More later. Fair enough?

Regards,

AD
