Allow me to add that I am neither a historian, nor and economist. As such, it is always possible that my understanding of history is in error. If so, feel free to correct me. But I am still puzzled as to what Zeev's name is doing in this conversation. I have found that while I agree with him on some things, politics and economics are two places where we do not agree. Since apparently you and I do not agree, either, perhaps you agree with Zeev. <G> Carl
