Yeah, I always enjoy shows in small places. It's the way music
is supposed to be. I was too busy Sunday to watch the Jets.
I taped the game and watched the 1st q at 2:30 Sunday night.
I finished watching Monday morning. What a bummer, but totally
exciting. I lost electricity for 6 hours yesterday. I hadn't
used my generator since setting up all the new tanks. It took
me a while to get everything setup but everything worked out OK.
I ran all fish tanks, the downstairs refrigerator (1/2 the size
and more efficient than the one upstairs)and a 19" TV set with
no problem. For about $1300 installed I can get a jumper box
off my breaker box that can do 4 breakers. The wiring would go from the box through the back wall of the garage to a receptacle facing
the patio. My generator now lives in a wheel barrel in the gagrage. I'm gonna buy a locking plastic box for it and leave it on the patio. That way if the power goes all I have to do is open the box, start the generator and plug one line from the generator to the new receptacle.
Now I have to wheel out the generator and start messing with extension cords and unplugging and plugging.
