I talked to Tony Papa two weeks ago and he definitely wanted to
take the buyout offer. I posted here Friday that he changed his
mind. So that gave the management the majority of shares.

I talked to Doug Boddy two weeks ago and I believe he is very credible. What what I have said all along is one cannot verify
everything, it comes down to believing what they say or not.
