Quadrant International Appoints Sharon Taylor as Product Line Manager; Taylor Brings Extensive Experience in DVD and Telecommunications Product Development and Marketing to QI MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 1998--Quadrant International (QI), an expert provider of software and hardware digital video solutions, announced the appointment of Sharon Taylor to the position of product line manager.
