Piper upgraded to a lukewarm buy at best and a price target of $11. So tangible book is around $2.50? lots of enterprise software companies selling at or below book value now. don't get your hopes up that this "sucker's rally" is the bottom. If VNTV misses again, we'll see $4. they've been winning some deals, but this quarter is apparently just as back end loaded as last september, (if not more). given the disarray in the sales force and its evident lack of execution capability there are no guarantees this is a slam dunk.
