Looks like Diagoras made the same mistake many Christians make today - confusing a concept of God with the real God. It seems that many on this thread think they know what God is and what God wants. But if God is really the creator of all, then there is no way we can fully understand God with our limited mental capacity. And if we cannot fully understand God, we must have room for doubt and unknowing in our minds and in our hearts.

Yes Edward, the criminals, thugs, and cowards of centuries past had to murder (murder is the word--not liquidate) anyone that did not believe in what they believed. This is prompted by religious intolerance. The same type of intolerance demonstrated by the lunatic fringe on this thread. Half-finished jobs, huh Edward?
