the Atheist Diagoras from Melos who 500 years before Christ threw a a wooden image of God into a bondfire remarking " if you are God save yourself " Looks like Diagoras made the same mistake many Christians make today - confusing a concept of God with the real God. It seems that many on this thread think they know what God is and what God wants. But if God is really the creator of all, then there is no way we can fully understand God with our limited mental capacity. And if we cannot fully understand God, we must have room for doubt and unknowing in our minds and in our hearts.
