Jeff,
I think all these maneuvres to get the price up will probably fail until the co. starts to show profits on a regular basis. Everything else is just so much noise. The fear I have is, that Fred doesn't see profits coming quick enough and is resorting to what he sees is a quick fix. I hope I'm wrong but acquiring a truck-stop with a few slot machines does not seem to me a big step forward. But then again everyone thought Bugsy Siegel was crazy and he turned out to be a visionary, didn't he?

I spoke to Jonathan again today. He says the co. is on O.K. financial footing. He also said that a bank has offered to buy the note from FXWA and advance cash, so he feels that the note is solid. They're trying to put enough assets together to get a listing on the small caps which they feel would help get the price up. He doesn't see profits for at least another year.
