To be honest Kevin, I haven't bothered to look into Hartfield all that strenuously. Both Alamo and Hartfield are small companies that have merged to take advantage of some economies of scale. They were a private company and so there are some limitations as to what information is necessarily available. Keep in mind that this is not a merger that has created any sort of industry powerhouse. I would suggest that if you are interested in researching them that you contact the Alamo office and ask some questions, get some references, etc. The same as you would if you were looking at hiring them to do a job.

With regards to Mark, he is a man who is/was on a mission. We have been able to take advantage of that energy over the past couple of years and now it appears he is moving on. I suspect it will be a while (if ever) before we know for sure exactly how/why his resignation came about, however, we do still have a company with a real potential for the future and a strong core shareholder base. We also have a couple of people who are very much committed to seeing WRN fly. So as much as I liked Mark's vision of what WRN could be and thought he was capable of taking us there, I do not see it falling apart upon his departure.

Just my bead on things.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
