Peaceful - What do you mean by <Almost like you were not really there.> There are two areas where we differed. One was when the stockholders meeting would be and the second was Barb mentioned cash & stock for possible acquisitions, I say he said stock. Everything else is a match. That is why we were planning to review notes before posting, but then Bab's Grandmother became ill. No plots or agenda by me and it's not a nice tone to your post. I will not take offense. :) BB
