Mr. tonto,
Where are the email transmissions you posted you captured in reference to the insider information you posted on this thread? What role, if any, did you play in Ms. Shell & Mr. Mitchell posting fabricated information claiming there was an "arbitration hearing" and "judgement" against AZNT?
Can you inform the thread if MANN, JB OXFORD, CITIBANK,
CANACORD, FIRST CONDCORD, WHITECLIFF AND SHORELINE were served yet?

RB

Well there may have been no need to list the assets in their filings, if you remember all the little companies involved here. The land for instance could really be on the books of their Brazilian manufacturing arm, ABRACEL INDUSTRIA E COMERCIO, LTDA, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, or ABRACEL, LTD. USA or Loripar for that matter. AZNT would only need report the cost of the goods imported from ABRACEL in Brazil.

Since the Loricchio's and Michael Sylver are personal shareholders in these enterprises, a bigger concern to the stockholders I would think would be how those transfer costs are determined. For someone that doesn't pay their bills, this could be a mighty temptation to tap into this revenue stream, if it ever gets to be real money.
