Please, you are beginning to lose your grip if you are citing bmart as an authority on anything. His assertions about the exclusivity are left unproved and apparently unsupported by the documentation that he is hawking. To start believing that they would in fact own such land is equally unsupportable. Why for instance would they gift it as an asset to the US corp, if they could retain ownership in a Brazilian company they own themselves? So you are looking for bmart to be self consistent? Give it up.
