$2,000,000 of additional tests need to be completed before the deal is executed. The cost will be shared equally between Solv-Ex
and Rasio. Rasio paid for the tests done last year.
The MOU's are Exhibit 5 & 6 - call the co and order a copy of
the Disclosure Statement.
