You misunderstand me charliss. Say my 12 month target for RNTK is $10 (not unreasonable IMO). What I am saying is that whether it pops to 2 or 3 or 4 on the news (depending on market condition or perception of news release), I would still look for it to be 410 in 12 months. Difference between trading and investing. Investors are not concerned with news pops because a stock will ultimately be valued at the appropriate price

Charliss, RNTK should do well in the longer term once the deal with TX is signed and announced. I am having a hard time figuring out why the price is not rising in anticipation of the announcement. This leads me to wonder how much of an actual pop we will get on the news.

Whatever the pop, RNTK has a number of irons in the fire and is negotiating with several big companies. Their recent JV with TCC looks very promising. So my guess is that they will do nicely in the longer term--certainly little risk at these prices.
