As I posted, if they lose and it can be proven that their suit was frivolous, in most states the financial penalties are severe. There may be disreputable attorneys who may skirt the ethical boundaries, but none of the attorneys I have ever worked with would undertake an action that is without merit. The firm in the article I posted has an "a" "v" rating - which is as good as it gets.
