Haven't heard the cc, however it seems to me this 65% number is applicable to the second half of the year, not the 4th quarter. In the past, this has been close to being the case (65-70% of sales come during the final half).

It would be huge if 65% of sales do come in the final quarter, but my guess is that this was misstated or misheard.
