Just thought the SEC was cracking down on stocks with public forums such as this thread where a large gap may exist between myth and reality based on information presented. Read recently a news release where a company called ITEX was suing the SI posters of thier company for mis-information and hype. Guess they had to formally file a lawsuit in order to subpoena the posters in question to get SI to provide confidential information as to the identities of the posters to pursue further. Imagine the consequences...... Jane of California
