IBM already is, on a limited basis, for their newest CMOS mainframes. They will be shipping 500 MHz machines this month or next, which requires 0.18. Intel has quoted 2Q99 for 0.18 micron production. Motorola claims some 0.18 now, but some glance at them with a jaundiced eye. How about LSI?
