The company in New Orleans, Network Teleport, is just a satellite upload facility. They said that Access America had once been a client of theirs.

I have no idea about the other stuff.

I've been _through_ Oxnard on way to L.A and back (when I take the scenic/slow route down 101 as opposed to I-5)
