"What I am saying, with 100% certainty, is if you come to the conclusion that it is a fairy tale, you weren't truly ready to accept the truth at that time. "

How did I know you were going to use that circular logic? It is pure hubris on your part to jump to that conclusion without having any knowledge of the years I wasted, and the efforts I put into accepting the 'truth'.

"Scholars have been trying to prove the bible wrong for 1000's of years and not one has done so, not one.

Umm, conversely, has even one proven it right? I do seem to recall that proving a negative is impossible.

"God will write the truth on your heart if you honestly want to know, he promises."

I guess god lied, if what you mean is what you represent as the 'truth'.

. . . you would have known God intimately and known the bible is 100% accurate and complete.

So which creation story is right? The one where man and woman are created at the same time, or the one where man is created, animals are trotted out as potential companions, found lacking and then woman is created?

Which element of the flood story is right? the one where a dove is sent out, or the one where a raven is sent out? the one where two pair of each animal is taken into the ark, or the one where extra pairs of ritually clean animals are taken into the ark?

Who were the sons of the gods (and what gods?) who had sex with the daughters of mortals, thus creating the "heroes of old"?

And I haven't even left Genesis yet . . . .
